Allie 1 Year Old Sneak Peaks

Allie was a super duper model after a long drive to see me and a some what rushed session she did absolutely fabulous! I love them all, but this last one is my favorite because, the hole time she wanted to hold my camera. So, I gave her my Kodak Brownie Hawkeye and she loved it. Celia Elizabeth Sneak Peaks

This was a very special newborn session for me, since it was of my first niece Celia Elizabeth Fleming. I am so proud to have been able to do this for my big sister and John. She is an absolute Gem sent from God and could not be more lucky to have the parents he hand picked for her. I can't wait to see how she grows and changes. I'm also excited to teach her bad habits and how to be crazy like me. We are so over the moon HAPPY for you and your growing family.

This was a wonderful beautiful day! I'm so happy to be part of it and it was such an Awesome Location. This was a Great way to end my Wedding season, right before my hiatus and the big move. Hyatt Triplets

I am so happy to say my friends April and Doug had three healthy bouncing baby boy's. I have been so excited to do these photos ever since she told me she was pregnant with triplets. I've been waiting for them to return home. This was the hardest shoot I've ever done! Had so many idea's then quickly realized I would be happy to get one good one... lol There was always one that didn't want to cooperate. Then they tagged teamed me and switched up who would act up next. lol. I had a great time seeing and visiting with them that day. I don't have a lot to show for it, but will be more prepared next time. lol. so watch out Van, Pierce and Jet I got my eye on you.

Once this session started we we're rocking and a rolling! lol I have to say it's not a newborn session until somebody gets pee-peed on, I just usually like to try and have it be the mommy and daddy. lol It was totally worth it for the shot though and I wouldn't change a thing. Hooray! for Haro Sneak Peaks

This was an early, but fun day. lol. I had a wonderful drive out to Fort Lee to do this maternity shoot. We started out on the Gulf Course and after almost getting hit in the head by a ball we finished up at their home. Thank you to my friend Matt and Dana who watched Seren for so long that day. But, as you can see it was worth it! I got some Amazing photos, I hope the Haro family loves them too. I'm VERY HAPPY to say...

My Hubby is finally home! Yippy! It's been wonderful and Seren and him have been to peas in a pod. She has been better with potty training, I think trying to show off for him. She is also very vocal and territorial about him and that he's, "MY DADDY" Lol I love it and think it's great. I know he's eating it up too.

We're just getting back into the swing of things and I have to crack down now to get some sneak peaks up of some past jobs that I have been neglecting since he's come home. I know they understand and I appreciate it so much. Thank you. I will cut this personal post short now so I can get back to work.

1st Communion Sneak Peaks

Had a fun quick First Holy Communion session at my house for Alexandria. She is a sweet and wonderful young lady... minus, having to do a goofy photo at the end of the shoot. Which I had to talk her into. lol. I usually have a sitter for my daughter but, since it was a quick session and have done photos for them before and consider them friends I did not. Ha-ha Seren was in love with Alexandria! Wanted a princess dress on just like her and and necklaces and gloves to match. I had to pull out her Halloween costume. I'm happy to say they became great friends and while I was changing out the backdrop I snapped this one of them watching TV and holding hands! LOL Love it! Twinkle Toes and Baby Cakes

These are the most beautiful Diaper Cakes I've ever seen! The heart and soul that goes into creating everyone leaves me breathless. The designer/artist is Cindy Griffin, who is what I like to call, "artsy-fartsy" and amazing. This is a new business venture for her and the desire all started by wanting to helping her son and his wife raise money to adopt a child from Ethiopia. Donating 50 percent of her profits go toward this wonderful cause. They will be the first recipients of this project, but it will not end there. She will continue with this standard in hopes of helping other families out there who are also wanting to help the less fortunate children in our big world.

She starts with this... then turns them in to a work of art for your expectant mommy-to-be. She can customize to match themes of showers or instead of sending new mom's flowers at the hospital you can send one of these! Trust me flowers are pretty and smell nice, but don't last forever. This is the gift that keeps on giving, minus the used diapers... lol. Unless, you opt for cloth diapers then, it can keep giving and giving and giving... lol. She'll put whatever you want or think and new baby would need on them for decoration. You can go big with three tiers or keep is simple with one all depending one how much you want to spend. Baby "Z" 6 Months

Baby "Z" is so BIG! and so handsome. This was the cute little baby boy in the wicker canoe with the red blanket on the hardwood floor shot. Wow! How things change. My friend Brittany is in town and we had a slumber party then farted around taking photos of him in our PJ's the next afternoon. What a fun time and it was so wonderful to see you both. OpLove USS Bataan Homecoming

This was a fun, happy, cold day. I covered two homecomings this day, the USS Bataan and the USS Ponce. The cold couldn't keep any ones spirit's down on this day because, this was the day their loved ones came home. Having been in the Navy myself and being a military spouse I understand all these emotions and get over joyed at anything like this even if it's not my husband coming home. I live for these special moments and love capturing them for my customers. I just want to say thank you to all the men and women serving our country and hope that you all come home safe. Sorry, Kara that it took me so long. Natalie, yours will be up next! lol.

For anyone who hasn't heard of this great organization please, check out their website http://www.oplove.org/ We offer FREE photography sessions to military families who's loved one is deploying! Can do a family portrait session before they leave or when they return. We just ask that it has a military theme. We capture the tearful goodbye and the joyful homecoming. For the service member we will give or mail a 4x6 album with some of the best images for FREE to say thank you for serving this great country and putting your life on the line. There are no obligations to buy any prints, but if you like them are welcome too. Having served nine years myself and having a Sailor as a husband, I know first hand how emotional those times are. I myself want to have those precious memories forever. Photos of my family was the only thing that got me through the day sometimes out at sea. That's why I became a part of this organization, because I believe in it and what it does. I want to give back and help my fellow service members in anyway possible and I find there is no better way than this.

Hakim Family Sneak Peaks...

We were worried about the weather days before this session and it turned out to be such a beautiful day. Blue sky's, nice breeze and really bright! lol. Trying to count it off so they could open their eyes worked a little, we move around to try and get different angles so the sun wasn't their eyes as much. But, you can't had form the sun, my reflector, or flash as Chris found out. lol. We moved locations to First Landing State Park for some shade to get a couple more photographs. Where has the time gone...

OMG! I can't believe it's already been a year since little George has been born! He has always been cute, but now has turned into such a handsome little man.

I remembered when Korin and George asked me to take photos to document their growing family from when he was still baking in the oven, his path to the light, when he was just a wee little lad and now for his first birthday! I feel so honored and blessed to have been there every step of the way. It's so amazing to see a child grow, change and be happy! It makes me think of my own little girl who I can't believe will be two in Oct. Looking back, where has this time gone? It is true, time really flies when your having fun!

That's why I love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else! I love seeing the smiles and tears of joy when people see their photographs for the first time. These are memories for a life time that you will always have to reflex back on. That's why they are so important! Never miss a moment with your kids or loved ones. You don't have to have a big expensive camera, make a pin whole camera if you have too! Because, when you look back your not going to say yeah, I used my Nikon blah. blah. blah. You're just going to be whisked away to a simpler time of smelly diapers and sleepless nights...

These photographs are from forever ago, as my wonder friend Nichole reminds me. Every time I say yeah I know I need to put them up on my site. Then, like always I forget or get distracted like I often do. My hubby says I'm like the fish from Finding Nemo, Dora who has short term memory loss every five minutes. I see a shinny object and I'm gone, off to la-la land. But, they and other friends and family still love me.

I did these photos as a favor for the many times she has watched Seren for me while I'm on a job or appointment. Her kids are super beautiful. I tell her all the time you are a great baby maker, she giggles and says, "That's why were going to have two more..." I love her kids blue eyes and can't wait to take more photos of them in the future.

Steelers vs. Eagles

Ha-ha. Here's to fuelling the fire between my best friend Dana and my Dad. STEELERS vs. EAGLES ha-ha lol so funny. Dad came to visit with a new Penguins/Steelers Champion t-shirt in hand for Seren. She wears it and Dana hates it. So, Dana finally after lot's of talking about doing it finally does. Goes home to visit and brings back not only a Phillies Phanatic t-shirt but, also an Eagles cheerleading outfit. lol SO funny! Now, so my dad and the whole Decanini family from Pittsburgh don't disown me and Seren. I must say we had to bribe her with chocolate and then, in the last photo you can see she's trying to take it off... lol.

Vaughn Turns One

I was there when she was born and can't believe it's already been a year. This was a fun day and I got a lot of great shot's! Vaughn and her mom were my guinea pig models that helped make up most of my portfolio at first! I know she's feels lucky and happy that I'm her friend and asked her to help me out, but I'm the LUCKY one! If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be where I'm at now. My biz is still growing as is my portfolio. There is always new ones to add, but I know some of theirs will always be there years from now. Thank you April, your the best! I loved this one because, she grabbed my sunglasses on her own and put them on!She looks so Innocent in this one and I just love black and whites.She's a wild child that loves to stick out her tongue! I swore the first 15 photos are like this. LOL

Put a sepia tone on this one and love the natural light from my back door. It's always a great place for photos.She picked up Seren's giraffe and it's priceless. Put an antique filter on this one. I like to change stuff up and play around with them. You never now what you'll get and sometime I like them more.

Loved this orange dress and used a warming filter on this one.Golden filter and some soft focus. Makes them all moody.I love this how this one is composed, it's very natural and she's playing with her tutu. I like this black and white because it's a little blasted and lot's of white space.What's not to love about this one?

Crain Family At the Beach

I just want to say I love my sisters and I'm so proud of both of them. My little sister Paula more so lately. We joke and call her the struggling artist for life... But, I hope and know this will not be the case forever! She packed up and moved away for the awesome Vancouver Institute of Media Art's School in Vancouver, Canada for a year and now has moved to Austin, TX in looks for her first real job. I know once she gets her foot in the door they'll just fall in love with her and her work. I'm very confused about this blog thing... I debated for days on weather I should do one or not. Having so many things to check and update between email accounts, myspace, facebook and business website! How could I possible have time of one more? I guess writing this late at night says everything... lol. I figured more exposure for my business on the web and another way for my customers to track and get to know me the better. It's all about the backlinks, so I've heard. You could be the very best in what you do, but if your not out there in peoples faces no one knows you. I want to utilize everything I can to succeed in this world. I have drive, passion and know I can do it. Do anything for that matter, if I put my mind to it. I've found in my life everyone can ones they try.
